Tracy, a thirty year resident of Santa Cruz, has been actively engaged in commercial real estate leasing, management and sales since 1995. Prior to her career in real estate she worked for many years in the commercial insurance field. Tracy earned a degree in architectural drafting and design from Cabrillo College.

Ken, a third generation Santa Cruzan, has been actively engaged in commercial real estate sales and leasing since 1994. Ken is also the managing partner of Haber Brothers Properties, responsible for the development and leasing of over 40,000 square feet of commercial property in Santa Cruz. Ken earned a degree in Business Administration for the University of Arizona.

Fuyuki a graduate of UCSC, has been actively engaged in property management for past five years. He manages a large portfolio of residential property and is very involved in the account process of CIFPM’s commercial accounts. Fuyuki earned a degree in Economics & Legal Studies from the University of California Santa Cruz and a Master in Business Administration from Cal Poly.
